Today is a busy day. All preparations needs to be done before tomorrow. A lot of baking to do so I think it will be a late night and an early morning tomorrow. We wil be unpacking in Canton about 7am tomorrow morning… It might be that I can’t update until Monday… depends on how tired I am when I come home and how much baking we have to do at night!

Monday and Tuesday

We finally got a outdoorbooth at Canton Thursday – Friday. Not the best spot but we have to take what we can get when we are so late…

Mom finally got her Texas Driverslicense yesterday. Some stuff are just hard to start with but not hard to finish, and this was one of them. So now she drives leagally here too

We have done some embroidery today… Terrell Chamber of Commerce will have their auction October 15th and we will donate two pillows that my mom is putting together now. Then when we were doing embroidery we did one for the dogresort too

Sunday morning… nothing special is going on. I have been watching World Equestrian Games from Lexington, Kentucky. Wish I was there… that would be so much fun! Was also watching golf… they all played so bad! Even I could have joined them…

The weather is a lot colder than a couple of days ago! I kind of like it but it is chilly… looking for a jacket that I can wear but it needs to be grey…

Trying to collect everything I have to do next week. I really have to push my self to get everything done. Mom is going to do the drivingtest for her Texas license tomorrow morning, then I have a bunch of phonecalls to make for the resort and at night the choir practise start again in Dallas…

I took some pictures yesterday and this morning of the dogs… muddy and clean… LOL…

Marabou and cookies

I really hope that this little boy, Marabou will sleep tight tonight. He was with me and Hanna in moms house the whole day. He has been playing around with the cocker spaniels and the great danes all day long. He actually has more energy than the other dogs. The great danes goes to sleep about half an hour before Marabou. Crazy dog!!! And he is brave. Jumping up and down, running forth and back like crazy! He is just a happy boy!!! And he is so good, tells when he needs to go out and when he wants to come in. Only one accident indoors since he came! Not bad for a 14 week old puppy!!!

I have been making cookies all day long. First a load of Molly cookies and a load of Shannon cookies. Mom went and got more groceries and when she came home I started doing a new cookie… Hanna cookie. It is with bacon and cheese. It took a while to figure out the shape and size of them but they ended up being round small balls… The dogs liked them and that is the most important  

We haven’t heard if we get a booth at Canton yet I really want to know because if we do, we have a lot of baking to do. How do you estimate how many bags of cookies you will sell in four days? It is almost impossible!!! Hope that we will know soon, I guess I will have to call them on Monday so we know…

Tomorrow is another day of cookies cookies and cookies!

A stork…  but if you ask a Swede “What is Marabou?” They will answer this…

Chocolate… yes, Marabou is the Swedish brand likewise Hershey…

A many of you may know many of my dogs are named after different candies and chocolate…  Daim, Crispy, Co-Co, Bounty, Candy, Japp, Dumle etc etc…  and as many of you know this is my version of the American version of Marabou, Hershey

And this is my version of Marabou…

Marabou is halfbrother to Hershey… he is 14 weeks and so adorable!!! It is a long story how he ended up in my house today but I am so thankful to his breeder Charlie Webster!
