At least good weather

Nothing is really going my way right now. I hoped to bring over the last horse to US here in spring but it now has turned out that we have to sell her. It is to expensive to have her in training in Sweden and it is to expensive to bring her over here. I am really sad about this. I hoped that she would be my next showhorse. She was the first foal we got in 2004.  But this is life with horses. I assumed that I would have sold some foals and that would have financed it but that has been so slow as well. It is so heartbreaking

It is really hard to motivate my self to continue working with the horses I have here. Both Hanniball and Dardanella is not the best material if you want to come somewhere on shows. The next horse, Dallas is only two years old so it will take at least two or three years until she is ready for shows. But I guess it is just to hang in there…

Film & Pictures from Thanksgiving

I let Dallas out in the pastures again today! I thought she would go totaly crazy but this horse has the best mentality you ever can imagine! It was after 20 minutes that Sugarbum started to play and Dallas came along!

We had a very relaxed day today. Sitting in front of the TV most of the day and I had the camera next to me so here are some pictures of mostly my mothers dogs:

Cocktail & Crispy

Cocktail is doing great! His poop problems are now solved so he is doing his business on his own again We can also see that he is starting to open his eyes so it will probably take one or two more days until we see small black spots to eyes! And he is walking around and around:

Other than that everything is pretty easy here. Dallas is still in stall and will so be until at least Friday. Charisma is keeping her company at night and Hannibal at day so she is doing good.

Horses back together

I let the mares come in to their foals again today. The have been separated for two months now and that is usually enough

Always Dallas and Charisma is coming home today. Dallas got new shoes on her front hoofs and is doing much better. She still needs to be in stall for a couple of more days so the sole is closed when she gets out again!
